Verification is an option included on the Infinity ID2. Verification is intended for systems in apartments, HMO’s, or any premises where it may be desirable that an alarm from a smoke detector from one apartment or area would need to be confirmed before the whole system goes into alarm.

There are many scenarios where an existing conventional fire system may need to be upgraded to become addressable however the process of achieving this poses some challenges.
