To raise a return, please fill out the form below and return to [email protected]. Our team will file your details and be in touch soon. Please note that we are unable to generate a return number until the above form has been completed and returned.
Returns Policy
Our full cancellations and returns policy is detailed in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions however the following highlights the keys points;
- Orders can be canceled and full refund redeemed for any orders which have not been dispatched
- Any goods deemed faulty must be returned within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund
- Unwanted goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for full refund. Unwanted goods can be returned up to 60 from delivery however if beyond 14 days a 15-25% restocking fee will apply.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer for them to conduct their internal investigation on the item. The manufacturer will then provide us with a report to determine if credit will be provided. Once the report has been received from the manufacturer, this form will be sent to you with their outcome.
Please note: manufactures can take up to 3 months to process a return.
If goods are found to be not faulty or user damage, the manufacture report will be emailed to the email you have provided. If we do not receive a response within 14 working days, the items will be disposed of.
Refunds and returns do not affect your statutory rights.
