Wireless Fire Door Holders

Fire doors are commonly wedged open (or propped with fire extinguishers!) for people to pass easily or allow the passage of cool air into a room. This practice is both dangerous and illegal in the UK, breaching Fire Safety Regulations. Dorgard provides a reliable and legal solution by holding a fire door open in any position. In the event of a fire, the fire alarm sound triggers the acoustic device and automatically releases the door shut. Dorgard complies with the following fire safety standards:
