Product warranties don’t just give you peace of mind as a customer, they also speak volumes for the quality & robustness of a product and the faith the manufacturer has in it. It is therefore very welcome news that Fike has extended the standard warranty on the complete Twinflex Pro range from 12 to 24 months and we will, of course, be passing this onto our customers.
The Twinflex Pro is a market leading 2-wire fire alarm system, benefiting from conventional zone wiring with the ability to install all device types (detectors, call points and sounders) on the same zone cable. Twinflex has really driven the 2-wire market in the UK and Fike have kept everyone on their toes through product innovation. Last year the original Twinflex panels were superseded by the current Pro range and soon to be announced is the release of the eagerly awaited ASD Multipoint detector.
Finally it is worth noting however that this extended warranty is only applicable to Twinflex products manufactured on or after the 1st January 2014.
