What’s your job role?
Account Manager
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
One aspect I enjoy is interacting with different customers and knowing I’m having a positive impact on their buying experience. Another aspect I enjoy is my team;every member of my team is a joy to work with.
What do you think is the most important skill that you bring to your team?
I am a very organised and conscientious person, which are both important skills to have in a very busy sales environment.
What is your proudest moment at Discount Fire Supplies?
Having no prior knowledge of the fire industry and starting off as an administrator in Discount Fire Supplies, I am very proud of the fact I have gained a great deal of knowledge of this industry to the point where I have progressed to now an Account Manager in the Sales department.
If you had to describe the culture of Discount Fire Supplies in 3 words, what would they be?
Competent, caring and supportive.
What do you like doing outside of work?
I love to socialise with my friends, family and my husband-to-be.
If you could invite two people, living or dead, to a dinner party, who would they be?
Taylor Swift because I have always listened to her music and Sandra Bullock as I love nearly every movie she is in.
If you were stuck on a desert island but could take three items, what would you take?
A book, a picture of my family and a blanket.
What is your favourite place to eat in Swansea?
Bistrot Pierre, Mumbles because I love French restaurants.
What is on your bucket list?
Travel to New York, Miami and LA, buy a Chanel bag, and fly first class.
